*If using VRBO.com a required, non-refundable, damage policy must be purchased through VRBO when booking the unit. This fee is paid to VRBO and NOT to the owner OR
*Tenant may provide a Rental Damage Insurance policy to Owner (minimum of $2K) prior to stay and then no additional security deposit will be required OR
*Tenant may provide a $500.00, 100% REFUNDABLE, deposit which will be returned within 3 business days post Term date provided no damage.
